Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website woosunlab.co.kr or any software product, API, or service operated by WooSun Lab (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

WooSun Lab provides AI-powered software products and infrastructure, which may include:

• AI agent orchestration platforms
• Content automation pipelines (drafting, scheduling, publishing)
• Algorithmic trading and backtesting systems
• Data analytics and reporting tools
• Integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta — Instagram, Threads, Facebook)

Certain Services are in active development and may be offered as early-access previews. These previews may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or contractual obligation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, or training data from the Services
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Services or any connected third-party API (including Meta Platforms)
• Use the Services to generate, store, or distribute spam, malware, illegal content, or deceptive material
• Use the Services to impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services without prior written agreement
• Submit content you do not have the legal right to publish or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
• Circumvent any rate limit, access control, or security mechanism of the Services

5. Account and API Access

If access to a Service requires connecting third-party accounts (e.g., Meta Platforms, exchange APIs, content management systems), you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and access tokens
• All activity occurring under those connections
• Complying with each third party's own terms of service and acceptable use policies
• Revoking our access through that third party when you no longer wish to use the integration

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials within the Services are the property of WooSun Lab or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of Korea and applicable international treaties.

Content you submit through the Services (e.g., contact form messages, configuration data, content you authorize us to publish on your behalf) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant WooSun Lab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and transmit that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services on your behalf.

Any trading-related product offered by WooSun Lab (including backtesting, paper trading, and algorithmic execution tooling) is a software tool, not financial, investment, or trading advice. WooSun Lab is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution and does not provide brokerage, custody, or investment advisory services.

Any decision to deploy capital or execute trades is solely your own responsibility, and you accept all associated risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Past backtest performance does not guarantee or imply future results.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WooSun Lab and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or harms the operation of the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–10, 12, and 14) will survive.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Incheon District Court in the Republic of Korea.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
